1. About Alwaysboard

Alwaysboard creates educational games and learning experiences designed to help children explore history, culture, ideas and knowledge through play.

Code of Mohenjo is one of the educational games made available through Alwaysboard.

The Game is intended primarily as an educational resource for children, families, teachers, schools and other learning environments.

While the Game is designed to be enjoyable and engaging, its primary purpose is to support learning, curiosity, exploration and discussion.

2. Promotional Free Access

From time to time, Alwaysboard may make Code of Mohenjo or other games, materials or downloadable content available free of charge as part of a promotional, introductory or educational access period.

At present, Code of Mohenjo is being made available under a limited free access offer.

The free access offer is temporary and should not be understood as a promise that the Game will remain free permanently.

Acceler Edtech Private Limited may determine the number of free downloads, duration of the free access period, eligibility criteria or other conditions applicable to the offer.

The current promotional plan may allow the Game to be downloaded free of charge for an initial number of downloads, including a target of up to 1,000 downloads, after which Acceler Edtech Private Limited intends to introduce paid access.

However, Acceler Edtech Private Limited reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to:

• Extend the free access period.
• Shorten the free access period.
• Increase or decrease the number of free downloads available.
• End the free access offer.
• Introduce a price for the Game.
• Change the price of the Game.
• Introduce different versions, editions or packages.
• Restrict free access to particular users, institutions, campaigns or time periods.
• Replace the promotional offer with another offer.
• Temporarily or permanently withdraw the Game from download.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no user has a guaranteed right to receive the Game free of charge merely because it was previously available free of charge.

3. Future Paid Access

Alwaysboard may introduce paid access to Code of Mohenjo or other games at any time after or during a promotional free access period.

Once paid access is introduced, users wishing to obtain a new copy, new version, updated edition or other paid offering may be required to pay the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Prices, offers, discounts, packages and availability may change from time to time.

Any applicable price and payment terms will be displayed before the user completes a paid transaction.

Introducing a price in the future does not mean that a user who lawfully downloaded a free copy during an authorised free access period must retrospectively pay for that previously downloaded copy.

However, access to future editions, updates, additional content, new games, online features, replacements or other services may be subject to separate pricing or conditions.

4. Licence During the Free Access Period

A Game made available free of charge remains protected by intellectual property laws.

"Free" refers only to the price charged for the permitted download or use during the applicable promotional period.

It does not mean that the Game is copyright free, in the public domain or available for unrestricted use.

A user who lawfully downloads Code of Mohenjo during the free access period may use that downloaded copy for permitted personal and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The user does not acquire ownership of the intellectual property contained in the Game.

5. Not for Sale, Resale or Commercial Distribution

Whether Code of Mohenjo is obtained free of charge or purchased in the future, the Game may not be independently sold, resold, reproduced for sale or commercially redistributed unless Acceler Edtech Private Limited has provided prior written permission.

You must not:

• Sell or resell a downloaded copy.
• Print copies for the purpose of selling them.
• Sell digital copies of the Game.
• Upload the Game to a marketplace for sale.
• Purchase one copy and reproduce additional copies for resale.
• Include the Game in another paid product, commercial kit, subscription or bundle without permission.
• Commercially distribute modified or adapted versions.
• Remove Alwaysboard, Asymmetrical Learning or creator credits and present the Game as your own.
• Use the artwork, written content, layouts, game materials or other protected assets to manufacture products for sale without permission.

Payment for an authorised copy of the Game, if paid access is introduced, gives the purchaser only the rights expressly stated in these Terms.

Purchasing the Game does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property ownership to the purchaser.

6. Educational and Institutional Use

Code of Mohenjo is primarily created as an educational game and learning resource.

Parents and families may use an authorised copy for personal use.

Teachers may use an authorised copy as part of their teaching activities in accordance with the licence applicable to that version of the Game.

Schools, libraries, learning centres, educational organisations and other institutions may be subject to separate institutional licensing, printing, quantity or commercial use conditions that Alwaysboard may introduce from time to time.

Alwaysboard may introduce different licences or pricing for:

• Individual users.
• Families.
• Teachers.
• Schools.
• Educational institutions.
• Commercial organisations.
• Bulk users.
• Events or workshops.

The applicable conditions will be communicated when such licences or plans are introduced.

7. Promotional Offers and Download Limits

Any reference to a particular number of free downloads, including 1,000 free downloads, should be treated as part of the applicable promotional campaign and not as a permanent feature of the Game.

Where displayed on the website, availability may depend on actual completed or verified downloads recorded by Alwaysboard's systems.

Acceler Edtech Private Limited may establish reasonable measures to prevent abuse of free download offers, including repeated downloads, automated downloads, fraudulent submissions or attempts to circumvent download limits.

Promotional offers may be discontinued, extended, modified or replaced subject to applicable law.

8. No Guarantee of Continued Free Availability

Past availability of a Game free of charge does not create an entitlement to continued free access.

A person who visits Alwaysboard after a free access period has ended may be required to purchase the Game even if another person downloaded the Game free of charge at an earlier date.

Similarly, Alwaysboard may make a paid product free temporarily as part of a campaign and may later restore paid access.

The price and conditions displayed at the time the user accesses or purchases the relevant product will apply to that transaction.

9. Changes to Products, Access and Pricing

Acceler Edtech Private Limited reserves the right to manage and change its products and services.

Subject to applicable law, this includes the right to change:

• Whether a Game is free or paid.
• The duration of a free access period.
• The number of free downloads.
• Product pricing.
• Discounts and promotional offers.
• Eligibility requirements.
• Available editions or versions.
• Download methods.
• Access periods.
• Printing or usage permissions.
• Features and functionality.
• Included materials.
• Institutional or commercial licensing conditions.

Such changes may take effect from the date specified by Acceler Edtech Private Limited.

Changes will ordinarily apply prospectively and will not require a person to retrospectively pay for an authorised free copy already downloaded unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties and permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Acceler Edtech Private Limited reserves the right to revise, amend, replace or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes may be made for reasons including:

• Changes to Alwaysboard products or services.
• Introduction of paid products.
• Changes to free access periods.
• Changes to download limits.
• Changes to pricing or licensing.
• Introduction of new features.
• Changes to business operations.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Security requirements.
• Protection of intellectual property.
• Changes to the way the website operates.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Alwaysboard website together with the applicable "Last Updated" date.

Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms will become effective when published or on the effective date specified in the updated Terms.

Where required by applicable law, or where a change materially affects an existing paid service or a user's rights, appropriate notice may be provided.

Your continued use of Alwaysboard after updated Terms become effective will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should discontinue further use of the applicable website, product or service.

Nothing in this section permits Acceler Edtech Private Limited to retrospectively remove statutory rights that have already accrued to a user or consumer where applicable law does not permit such removal.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Acceler Edtech Private Limited may review and update the Alwaysboard Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updates may be made because of:

• Changes to the information we collect.
• Changes to the purposes for which information is used.
• Introduction of new website features or services.
• Changes to communication or marketing practices.
• Changes in technology.
• Changes in service providers.
• Security requirements.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Changes to our business operations.

The updated Privacy Policy will be published on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Accordingly, Acceler Edtech Private Limited may:

• Change its duration.
• Change a download limit.
• Extend or reduce a promotional campaign.
• Pause free downloads.
• Introduce paid downloads.
• Introduce subscriptions or other access models.
• Introduce different pricing for different editions or categories of users.
• Withdraw a Game or version from availability.

The existence of a free offer today does not constitute a commitment that the same offer, price or access conditions will be available in the future.

Any such change will apply subject to applicable law and the terms communicated for the applicable product or promotion.
